US based Blue Earth, a renewable energy and energy efficiency services company, has announced that through its wholly owned subsidiary, Xnergy, it will co-develop six solar photovoltaic (PV) projects with Sunvalley Solar in California.
The six different ground mount and rooftop solar PV projects will together have a cumulative generating capacity of 1MW DC and the cost for the development of all the projects is estimated to be around $4.2m.
The companies have signed engineering, procurement, and construction agreements with the owners of all the construction sites to develop the projects.
The involved parties have agreed to assign the 1603 Grant and Utility Incentives for the projects and all of the projects are eligible for the grant.
Xnergy CEO D Jason Davis said the company will co-develop the solar PV projects with Sunvalley Solar.
"Sunvalley Solar has a very strong sales team and we look forward to many successes together," Davis added.

By GlobalDataXnergy and Sunvalley are planning to begin the construction work on all the six projects in the third quarter of 2012 and complete the work by the first quarter of 2013.
