Description
The project is currently owned by Torrent Power with a stake of 100%.
It is a Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) power plant that is used for Baseload. The power plant run on dual-fuel. The primary fuel being used to power the plant is liquified natural gas. In case of shortage of liquified natural gas the plant can also run on Oil. The fuel is procured from Gujarat State Petronet Limited.
The project generated 7,430MWh of electricity.

The project got commissioned in February 2009.
