The project was developed by Capstone Infrastructure, Claresholm Solar and Perimeter Solar. Capstone Infrastructure and Obton are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 51% and 49% respectively.
Perimeter Claresholm Solar PV Park is a ground-mounted solar project which is spread over an area of 1,280 acres.
