Description

The project is being developed by Avangrid Renewables and Juniper Canyon Wind Power. The project is currently owned by Avangrid Renewables with a stake of 100%.

Power purchase agreement

The power generated from the Juniper Canyon (Juniper Canyon II) will be sold to Bonneville Power Administration under a power purchase agreement.

Contractors involved

Juniper Canyon (Juniper Canyon I) will be equipped with Mitsubishi Heavy Industries turbines. The phase consists of 63 turbines, each with 2.4MW nameplate capacity.
