The project is being developed by Clydesdale Ridge Wind and RMS Energy Dalhousie Mountain. The project is co-owned by Firelight Infrastructure Partners and RMSenergy, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.

Dalhousie Mountain (Dalhousie Mountain Phase 1) will be equipped with GE Renewable Energy 1.5-82.5 turbines. The phase consists of 34 turbines with 1.5MW nameplate capacity.
Dalhousie Mountain (Dalhousie Mountain Phase 2) will be equipped with GE Renewable Energy turbines. The phase consists of 28 turbines, each with 1.68MW nameplate capacity.
GE Power is expected to perform operations and maintenance for the wind power project. The O&M tenure will likely be commencing from the year 2009.
