Description
The project is being developed by Ballinagree Wind DAC. The project is co-owned by FuturEnergy Ireland Development DAC and Orsted, with their respective ownership stake of 50% each.
The project is expected to generate 300,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 70,000 households. The project is expected to offset 110,000t of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) a year.
The wind power project consists of 20 turbines.
