Of the top leading companies in the power industry, AES had the greatest increase in references for energy storage in Q1 2024, compared with the previous quarter. GlobalData identified 47 energy storage-related sentences in the company's filings - 2% of all sentences - and a decrease of 2% in Q1 2024 compared with Q1 2023. Alliant Energy’s mentions of energy storage rose by 110% to 44 and Orsted’s by 44% to 40 and NextEra Energy’s by 11% to 24 and Engie’s by 350% to 18.
