Axium Infrastructure and Alterra Power are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 60% and 40% respectively.

East Toba is a run-of-river project. The gross head of the project is 581m. The penstock length is 4,900m. The penstock diameter is 2.7m. The project generated 468 GWh of electricity.
