The project is being developed and currently owned by C-Tech, Mitsubishi and Mitsubishi Corp Energy Solutions. The owners have 33.33% stake in the project respectively.
The project is expected to generate 1,200,000MWh electricity and supply enough clean energy to power 280,000 households. The project will be spread over an area of 39.487km². The turbines will be mounted on fixed monopile foundations.
