The project was developed by Tianshengqiao Level 1 Hydropower Development. Guangdong Yudian Maple Dam Power Generation, China Datang Group Co., Ltd.

are currently owning the project having ownership stake of 50%, 20%, 20% and 10% respectively.
The hydro reservoir capacity is 10,260 million cubic meter. The project generated 5,266 GWh of electricity.
